Signature Hotel Al Barsha

Room was very nice as i expected .

1) Room was not ready properly 2 ) Water dripping Started at mid of night in Shower Room Area . 3) No Food Manu was placed. 4) wash basin was stuckd . 5) For calling to Reciption,room services etc no guide lines or extention numbrs list

The room was nice and they cleaned our room very well every day. They had an issue with leaving 2 clean towels, however, even though there were 2 occupants in the room.

They never replaced the soap so for the entire stay of 10 days we used the same little sliver. We need to extend the room 1 night so they suggested we do it online. We did, upon returning to the hotel from our day out they called us over to charge extra.

Location is good near to the metro and mall of Emirate

The staff is extremely responsive. The room was standard and good for its value.

They asked me to go down to the reception every time I ordered something from the delivery, which was weird. They didn’t allow the delivery guy in and they didn’t take it from the delivery guy and give it to me through the room service.There were no slippers, no toothpaste nor toothbrush. I needed to ask for it.

The room was located facing the highway, with view of Burj al Dubai hotel and the metro line, making the view quite scenic and easy to stand and pass the time watching outside.

The bathroom didn't have a lock, and anyone could come inside while we are taking bath.

The location is good, also the reception and housekeeping team are good.

Location is good in the wintertime, about 1km from the Emirates Mall metro station. Other things are all ok except the wifi.

WIFI is slow and gets disconnected especially if you work on a laptop.

Spacious junior suite.

The lightings, it’s Dim especially in the bathroom. Some of the pillows are not comfortable.

Room: Needs a update - the Mini Bar fridge wasn't working, after telling them twice then it was repaired. the door for the mini bar needs a repair as well. ***Lights in the room should be bright & not dull. ***Bathrooms not as expected - needs a lot of cleansing & fixing of new taps cause the tap came in my hand :)***The swimming pool was under Maintenance & wasn't informed... which made our stay even more disappointing... we stayed for 4 nights 5 days- Without no swimming pool

perfect staff, very helpful, very gentle. hotel was in a good location, near to metro station.unfortunately pool was under construction :( but rest of our stay was very nice. want to specially thanks to all hotel staff.very kind people ❤️wish them all to have a really good life

Very unprofessional staff and un clean hotel bad smell and the food was really bad and especially the bed was dirty and not like the pictures also the water in the shower was very cold and there is no hot water the towels were also not clean and the service was slow and stingy with their towels and appliances no smart Tv in the rooms, internet would turn on and off throughout the day also the parking lot was in a extremely sketchy place under ground to reach it you need to go through the back door kitchen and you would need to go through the service and staff elevator and rooms and to add on all the sinks were clogged,the toilet wouldn’t flush so wouldn’t the shower drain,everything was absolutely filthy and terrible.i did not enjoy my stay,way under my standard and expectations for this price.

The non smoking room still smells smoke and nothing was done to solve it. My baby caught allergies because of the smell. The noise from the club of the hotel is heard in our room and was just told to wait for it to die dowb until 4am

The staff is amazing. Mr Darin the manager was excellent and his staff Asknav , and Nabil was very helpful. A place I would revisit again.

Construction site on building the bridge which made it difficult to exit and enter. It also made it difficult to access to the emirates mall.

This hotel was my money worthIt was such a pleasure to meet a good manager Darin who takes care of his guests so well and will always be back to this property because of his hospitality and service thank u to haja and waseem too
